Souzan Mills is the Founder and Director of Studio Booseh Permanent Beauty. With over 30 years of experience in medical aesthetics and more than 15 years as a permanent makeup artist and instructor, she has worked with diverse skin types and complex conditions in prestigious spas and medical offices throughout the DMV area.

 

A master medical esthetician, Souzan specializes in advanced permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing, providing restorative services for clients including cancer survivors and individuals with scars from surgery or trauma. She is board certified in Maryland and Virginia and also holds certification in fitness and nutrition, reflecting her holistic philosophy that true beauty begins from within.

 

Souzan has trained alongside leading cosmetic and plastic surgeons and remains committed to the highest standards of safety, artistry, and clinical excellence. She offers professional PMU procedures as well as one-on-one permanent makeup training and advanced esthetic education for aspiring artists and beauty professionals.
